Hundreds marched in Caracas on Tuesday at the call of Vente Venezuela to demand free elections and María Corina Machado's return, Infobae reported, days before the political dialogue that starts on August 1.
According to VPItv, Dignora Hernández said the new dialogue is no blank check, and Juan Pablo Guanipa asked that the process lead to the release of political prisoners and presidential elections. Machado remains outside the country, David Placeres said.

Delcy Rodríguez ordered the retirement of 110 senior officers: 42 from the Army, 30 from the National Guard, 20 from the Navy and 18 from the Air Force, Infobae reported. According to the outlet, the retirements coincide with the 33-year service limit.
