NTN24 airs claims that Diosdado Cabello is negotiating a surrender to U.S. justice

NTN24 aired former U.S. intelligence officer Jesús Romero's claim that Diosdado Cabello will turn himself in to U.S. justice, which offers a reward for him. An analyst on the channel said Cabello was likely negotiating. There was no official confirmation.

State TV, by contrast, showed Cabello as interior minister alongside Delcy Rodríguez inspecting humanitarian aid at La Carlota.
