María Corina Machado says 'the reunion of all is near' after her press chief's return

A day after her press chief, Claudia Macero, returned to Venezuela following more than a year in exile, María Corina Machado said: "Every return is another huge step bringing us closer to the reunion of all Venezuelans at home," according to Diario Las Américas.

Macero, Vente Venezuela's communications coordinator, had taken refuge in Argentina's embassy in Caracas since 2024 and faced treason and conspiracy charges tied to the disputed July 2024 election, the same outlet reported.
