Delcy Rodríguez decorates earthquake responders and launches holiday recreation plan
State TV showed Delcy Rodríguez, whom it calls president, awarding the Heroes and Heroines of Venezuela medal to ministries, state governments and city halls that cared for victims of the two June 24 earthquakes. She also launched the National Holiday Recreation Plan in Caracas and met the Electricity General Staff.
