Delcy Rodríguez and the UN work on the rebuilding plan; Diosdado Cabello announces the first controlled demolition in La Guaira

Delcy Rodríguez led a workshop with the UN at Miraflores on the post-earthquake rebuilding plan, according to the official broadcast, and met with the Electricity High Command. Diosdado Cabello presented the first controlled demolition of an at-risk building in La Guaira, carried out by the armed forces.

According to VPItv, the World Bank put damage at $19.6 billion and said rebuilding could cost $50 billion; the Engineers' Association counts at least 76 red-tagged structures in Caracas.
