Dinorah Figuera calls on Venezuelans to take part in choosing a new Supreme Court

Dinorah Figuera, former president of the 2015 National Assembly, invited "honorable women and men" to take part in the process to appoint a new Supreme Court, El Nacional reported. According to VPItv, she said judicial reform must come before other changes, thanked Donald Trump and Marco Rubio, and said the technical tables will present conclusions in September.

On Con El Mazo Dando, Diosdado Cabello criticized leaders of the Unitary Platform who, he said, attack the dialogue tables in public but lobby for a seat at them. According to La Patilla, Cabello framed the Supreme Court overhaul as a long-standing chavista proposal and said "dialogue does not mean surrender".
