Perkins Rocha marks two years in detention; Vente Venezuela releases his testimony

Vente Venezuela released a testimony by Perkins Rocha two years after his arrest. According to the video, Rocha was a witness before the electoral council in the 2024 presidential election, was detained a month later and taken to El Helicoide, and has been denied amnesty. On VPItv, a guest called for the release of Rocha and of the 400 political prisoners the broadcast said remain in Venezuela.
