Delcy Rodríguez promises monthly home handovers to earthquake victims through December

According to VTV, Delcy Rodríguez handed homes to 200 families hit by the June 24 earthquakes and visited land in La Guaira for new housing. The earthquake dominated state TV this week.

From within chavismo, Mario Silva complained that the acting government has abandoned Maduro's government plan and now talks about the International Monetary Fund.
