From Avenida Bolívar in Caracas, Delcy Rodríguez launched the Venezuela Renace plan to repair homes damaged by the two June 24 earthquakes in seven states, according to VTV. La Guaira is the priority, La Iguana TV reported. Rodríguez said she has asked Japan, Peru and Chile for specialists.

On the opposition side, Daniel Lara Farías criticized putting the reconstruction in the hands of Jacqueline Faría, who accompanied Rodríguez at the event.
