María Corina Machado fails to enter Venezuela on second attempt, David Placeres says

David Placeres said María Corina Machado could not enter the country on a second attempt and that the Donald Trump administration has not given its approval. According to Placeres, Machado announced on Fox News that she is moving up her return because of the earthquake.
