Diosdado Cabello and security forces accused of holding back rescuers and aid trucks in La Guaira

NTN24 aired testimony accusing Diosdado Cabello of blocking U.S. rescuers, and cited Congressman Mario Díaz-Balart, who called the video an attempt to block a rescuer. David Placeres said Washington's official account practically clears Cabello. The student movement told VPItv that seven trucks carrying supplies were held.

On state TV, Cabello appears as security vice president inspecting the collection center at La Carlota air base. Patricia Poleo called for civil disobedience against Delcy Rodríguez, Jorge Rodríguez and Cabello.
