Delcy Rodríguez at the UN: 'there will be elections', no date, and thanks to Trump
Before the General Assembly, Rodríguez promised elections without setting a date and hailed an oil deal with the U.S., according to Infobae. VTV highlighted her "historic meeting" with Donald Trump. Marco Rubio called for "a lasting republic", with free media and leaders abroad taking part, El Nuevo Herald reported.
On the opposition side, David Placeres said Jorge Rodríguez is "asking for time" and Patricia Poleo criticized the speech.
