Delcy Rodríguez scraps RIF expiry and links Seniat and Saren in a tax overhaul

Delcy Rodríguez announced that the RIF tax ID will no longer expire unless the fiscal address or board of directors changes, that businesses will no longer have to post it on display boards, and that Saren and Seniat will merge their platforms, according to Banca y Negocios. She presented it as part of a tax reform to simplify paperwork.
