María Corina Machado acknowledges she was not invited to the talks and cites 'differences in timing' with Trump

In an interview with Luis Olavarrieta, María Corina Machado acknowledged she was not invited to the process starting this week and admitted differences with Donald Trump's administration over timing, David Placeres reported. PanAm Post reported that Machado says she will return to Venezuela to 'fulfill the mandate of July 28.'

Andrés Velásquez told NTN24 that Machado's supporters remain cautious and will watch the process closely. Placeres said Dinorah Figuera's delegation, from Primero Justicia and Voluntad Popular, recognizes Machado's leadership but came to the table at the State Department's request.
