Delcy Rodríguez defends the armed forces on July 5 and sends 850 new officers to La Guaira; official death toll reaches 3,342

On the 215th anniversary of independence, Delcy Rodríguez graduated more than 850 officers, sent them to La Guaira and created an emergency task force, Efecto Cocuyo reported.
