Delcy Rodríguez moves José David Cabello out of Seniat after 18 years and into Pequiven

Acting president Delcy Rodríguez removed José David Cabello, Diosdado Cabello's brother, from the Seniat tax agency after 18 years in the post, Infobae reported. Banker Román Maniglia replaces him, and Cabello moves to head Pequiven.
